When is the menu posted?

The menu is posted on Saturday mornings by 10 am. The menu is emailed to past customers at that time with a reminder email sent on Monday morning. Orders are open until Monday night at 6 pm or until SOLD OUT.


How do I order?

You can place an order online from Saturday morning at 10 am to Monday night at 6 pm. Fill your cart, select between pickup and delivery on Wednseday. That's it! If you have difficulties placing your order, use our contact form here to send us a message and we will make it right.


Where and when do I pick up my order?

Orders can be picked up every Wednesday at our commissary kitchen in Jackson, the Caterer’s Kitchen. Order pickup hours for summer are 2 pm to 6 pm.


What are my delivery options?

We currently offer delivery on Wednesdays. Orders will arrive at your specified delivery location (home or business) between 2-5 pm. We deliver within the city limits of Jackson, Sutter Creek, Amador City, and Plymouth. We do not currently offer delivery to Shenandoah Valley, Upcountry, or Mokelumne Hill.


How do I accept delivery?

We send a delivery ETA via text message 10-30 minutes before arrival. Delivery can be accepted in person, in an ice chest at a home or business, or other pre-arranged location. Our packaging is NOT insulated and must be refrigerated immediately to ensure quality. We are not responsible for spoiled food left unattended or mishandled.


Is delivery free?

Delivery is not free. We charge $5 per delivery. Delivery is available for all purchases over $40.


Where is your restaurant?

Justin’s Pantry is not a restaurant. We operate out of a commissary kitchen in Jackson. A commissary kitchen is a commercial kitchen space available to food producers at a fixed rate. We store and produce all of our food at this space.

Do you cater?

Justin’s Pantry does offer catering services. Most of the catering we do is for wineries. Our minimum order for weekend caterings is $1000 and weekday caterings $500.
