Justin Lewis (aka J Lew)
Justin has worked in the food and hospitality industry for almost 10 years in California and Hawaii. He has succeeded in professional kitchens like a Wailea golf resort, a local brew pub, an Italian café, family owned wineries, and a destination restaurant. Locally, Justin worked his way through the ranks at Taste Restaurant for several years as a cook, server, and Certified Sommelier.

Justin has an entrepreneurial spirit. He started a wine tour business while working at Taste. When he left Taste Restaurant, he started catering while working in one of Amador’s most celebrated vineyards. Now he caterers and prepares fresh food for his community. He has high hopes of opening a specialty grocery store and bakery.
Justin does it all. Cook, clean, market, and deliver. With help of course from his wife, Brittnee, and a handful of great, reliable friends and mentors. Brittnee and Justin have lived in Amado City since 2017.
